How to Pack

Wrap each shoe or bag individually in bubble wrap or soft cloth. Place in a sturdy box with plenty of padding. Never ship multiple pairs loose in the same box.

We recommend UPS or FedEx with signature required. Always insure the package for the full value of the item. Keep your tracking number until the item is received.

How long does mail-in repair take?

Most repairs are completed within 5–10 business days of receiving your items. Complex restorations may take 2–3 weeks. We’ll give you an exact timeline with your quote.

Is shipping insured both ways?

Return shipping is fully insured on our end. For items shipped to us, we recommend insuring through your carrier for the full value of the item.

Do I pay before or after the work is done?

You’ll approve your quote before we begin. Payment is due once the repair is complete and your items are ready to ship back to you.

What if I’m not happy with the repair?

We stand behind every repair we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right at no additional cost.
